Born and raised in Dominica, Shepherd “Sheppee” Fregiste grew up in the taxi industry assisting his father, who had a similar bus/taxi business, as a child. Since then he has independently operated a taxi and tour business since 1998.

While Sheppee’s goal is to ensure that Dominica is positively imprinted in customers’ minds, his clients also leave a lasting impression with him, which keeps this unique tour operator enthused about each trip. Sheppee is fueled by the knowledge and proud of the fact that he is the person with the opportunity to show visitors a fun day in Dominica.  Customers walk away invigorated by the one-of-a-kind sites that Sheppee visits; and you’ll be stimulated by the entertaining and educational day aboard one of his various bus tours.
